Certified Organic, Grass-Fed beef from cattle raised organically and humanely on our family farm in Door County, Wisconsin.

The Bavette, also known as the Sirloin Flap, is a foodie and meat lovers favorite due to its rich taste and its good value price.  Use your favorite marinade and it will be the highlight of your next tacos and fajitas night!  

The Bavette is a larger piece hand trimmed by our in-house butchers in De Pere.  It resembles a large skirt steak.
