**Update**

Due to the recent extreme increase in shipping costs, effective February 9th, we now have a minimum of $100 for all orders and Flat Rate Shipping has increased to $29.99.  Sorry for any inconvenience.  Curbside pickup orders will continue to have no minimums.  Local delivery will also be unaffected.

We ship Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Orders placed before Noon Central Time on Wednesday will ship within 24 hours and arrive within the week. Orders received after noon on Wednesday through Sunday will ship Monday. 

We ship frozen, in a 100% recyclable insulated box. No ice packs or dry ice are used, as this keeps our shipping prices to you low. If in transit, there is minimal thawing on the outer surfaces, that is okay, simply place the meats in the freezer.  If for any reason the box is completely thawed, please contact us immediately (920-632-7271). We would like pictures of the product, so please don't just throw anything away.

As soon as your order is packed, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number from UPS.  If this is a gift for someone, let them know it is coming.  If it sits unopened for a couple of days, it will not be as exciting to open.

A note on weather and holidays

Mother Nature in Wisconsin can be a real treat in the Winter. And on some days, the weather can impact our logistics and shipping practices. We will do our best to contact you after your order is placed to let you know if there will be delay in getting your order ready. We apologize in advance if this causes a problem for you. If you have any questions, please let us know.
