Grass-fed beef from Black Angus cattle raised organically and sustainably on our family farm in Door County, Wisconsin. Our cattle roam over 400 acres of perennial grass pastures.
The mixture of 20 different grasses, including ryegrasses, clovers, festulolium, fescue, orchardgrass, chicory and more, make for an especially delicious and nutritious "salad bar" beef high in nutrients, minerals, and omega 3s.
All our sausages and sticks are made with no nitrates, MSG or fillers. Just meat and spice. And they are gluten free.
